(Day 116) "Lean on me ..."

I'm not sure whether that would be the appropriate song for this shot or whether it should be the theme from "Mission Impossible" :)

I had heard some croaking sounds coming from the pond, or perhaps if you were a frog it might have sounded like courting sounds. When I went to check it out, I found these two in a rather cozy position near the edge of the pond. I guess I'll know soon enough whether the courtship was successful if I find tadpoles swimming around. In the meantime we'll keep pets and small children away from the pond - that frog on the bottom looked big enough to be a danger to them. And the one on top, IMHO, has a face only a mother could love!

That's your story and your stickin to it right Rick? lol Now if the frogs had a camera do you think that they would take photos of humans in such a position? I do, so this is all justified... it's all good. Cute photo!

About the best I've seen all day ... lovin' it, Rick <3

@darlin - yep! I was kinda like a photojournalist - saw a 'story' happening and I just captured it. The last thing these frogs were interested in today was a camera! LOL! Thanks :)

@joey - thanks joey. That pond was a happenin' place! :)

Oh poor little froggies! Where's the privacy these days?? How terrible to be caught in the act & then for it to be forever captured on film!!! Oh, I don't know Rick, I am surprised!!
No...seriously...this is great! Fantastic photography. Can you recall the polar bears I put on my blog... I have some rather tell tale photos of those 2 as well..but wasn't sure about posting them. What do you think Rick? Should I?

@Katherine - thank you. 'Famous' froggies now - or maybe infamous :)

Yes I recall your frolicking polar bears; I think as long as you hide their identities you can post those 'action' shots :) LOL
