Bear with me ...

My apologies for not having visited most of you over the past week or two. I've been doing some commercial work - primarily kitchens (yes, some of it for filthy lucre) and it's been consuming considerable time.

I have more work lined up for (at least) the next two weeks and will be hard-pressed to come around to visit you. If time permits, I may slip in a visit here and there. Thank you to all who have dropped by to leave a comment - that is appreciated.

In the (in)famous words of the Terminator, "I'll be back".

Here are samples of two kitchens designed by my son (his creativity gene was not inherited from me):

This last shot is of my son's kitchen, which he also designed:

Wow! These are both stunning kitchens. Your son is very talented and I'm assuming you are doing some work for him. A great way to keep busy. Enjoy it and we'll be here when you are 'let go'. :) Blessings, Pam

Hi Rick, Oh my gosh.... my dream kitchen. All the design look stunning and absolutely beautiful. If only I have a big house. LOL

WOW, can I borrow your son for a wee bit? It won't be too long as I have a small kitchen I'd love to redo!

Rick we all have our gifts, I can see what your son's is as I can see what one of yours is; you are also extremely artistic, you just use different tools than your son does. Does your son do the interior decorating as well or (and by no means am I minimizing this) just the drawings and bring it all together?

Have a wonderful few weeks, get out there and do what you enjoy... I take great pleasure in viewing your stunning shots on this end!

I think you might be selling yourself short with that comment Rick. I would say that the apple didn't fall too far from the tree. He has an eye and attention to detail, just like his Dad. These kitchens are spectacular. If I had the space and money, I'd want one for sure.
