Juxtaposition (jŭkˌstə-pə-zĭshˈən)

I hope I can repeat after Paul (from Philippians 4:11) "...for I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances."

Our daughter's place - where we'll be in 4 weeks:

Both are lovely photos, Rick, but I bet it will be nice to see another side of things for a while. Thanks so much for sharing the beauty around you.

Hi Rick, how you doing? First of all, your header picture is very spectacular. Are you currently holidaying there to escape the winter? :))

Both the pictures are very spectacular, each got it's own beauty. Thanks for sharing.

Have a great week ahead,regards.

Lovely, I prefer the second one, the first is freezing brrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Kauniita kuvia molemmat.

Oh boy! That's quite a change of temperature. I'm sure the warmth of your daughter's home will make up for all the snow. Enjoy.

Haha! I think you need that Bible verse! Stay warm!

Alas, I have always had the ability to adapt to any situation I find myself in, but I am far from content far too often. Yeah, I know, which goes far beyond merely believing, that our Heavenly Father's grace is sufficient, but I really hate testing His patience.

HMMMMM! Seriously, that would be a hard choice for me. The green grass and all look very nice and I wouldn't mind being there for a week or two,but I really do LOVE the snow.Have a good time wherever you are.

Rick I'm a wee bit envious of where you are, the photos you've posted make me want to run away and find me some sunshine, escape the winter blahs and it's not even that cold out yet. Sure we've had some cold days, but the worst is yet to come.

I love the photos, one day I sure hope to have the time to learn more what to do with this camera, I've upgraded to the T5i and still learning what to do with it. I believe I'll always be learning what to do with any camera I purchase. Photography has endless possibilities and you're sure mastering many of these possibilities.

Well back to the paper writing, last one of this year finally! Great to revisit here. Have a blessed and wonderful week, cheers.

Both are wonderful shot, however, I would prefer to be in image #2.

wow that will be a huge temperature drop Nice pictures. Hope they keep the roads clean for you.

Winter and summer are nice, but the heat on the bottom photo can be felt ... and can also awake dreams.

Mooi, Rick.

Groetjes Helma

Wonderful contrasts, honey!
By the way, the atmosphere is changed here... every day better!
Loved your new header and profile pictures.
Sweet beijos, flowers, love and friendship.

Waldameise
