(Day 157) Game update

This isn't my project 365 shot for today. I thought I'd provide a real quick update for the little guessing game from yesterday.

Katherine was very close with her guess(es) and twisted my arm from down under to give away the answer before she turned into a pumpkin at midnight  :-)

The answer was a barbecue brush, pictured in red below. For yesterday's shot I used a macro lens and a monochrome setting.

Ahhhh sneaky you are. My bbq brush is well seasoned and looks nothing like this!

Now's the test is this blog site going to work tonight? hmmm

Amazing...I would never have guessed it! Clever!

Yes obviously a brand new one.

@darlin and @Scott - this one's actually been used quite a few times, believe it or not (I do the bbq'ing). It's one of those fancy-dancy Pampered Chef ones (I think). Maybe we'll get to pass it down to our grandchildren :-)

(here comes the blogger test for comments ...)

Hey Rick... it's me again , that annoying pest from down under!! Wow..it's red and it's plastic. I thought for sure it was metal...you did a great job altering it for the game!

Rick said...

@Katherine - hey, no alterations done, except I shot it in monochrome with my macro lens. And the word 'pest' is not part of 'persistent' ;-)

Well, aren't you clever. ;o) I have a BBQ brush like that, I love the silicon because it doesn't leave hairs on my ribs. LOL that sounded funny... it doesn't put hair on my chest either, in case you were wondering. ha!

@Krista - LMAO!! (along with my son who's sitting here with me wondering what kind of people are out there in cyberspace ;-) Don't lean too close over your barbecue - sounds like you're already well done! :-)
